How long does it take to add a new GPU model?
It depends on supply and demand. Popular models with available supply can be added within days. For newer or harder-to-source GPUs, it may take a few weeks. We'll keep you updated on the status of your request.
Is there a cost to request a GPU model?
No. Submitting a request is completely free. It helps us prioritize which GPUs to add to the platform based on real demand from our users.
Can I request multi-GPU configurations?
Yes. If you need a specific multi-GPU setup (e.g., 8x H100 NVLink), mention it in your request. We'll evaluate feasibility and work with our providers to make it available.
Will I be notified when my requested GPU is available?
Yes. When you submit a request with your email, we'll notify you as soon as the GPU model becomes available on OpenRelay.
